The Lincoln Economic Development Authority is currently working on the development of a Business Park. The park will be a 2.5 million dollar project that will be located just outside of Hamlin, the County Seat. The Lincoln County 
Business Park will have 20+ developable acres, on a tract of 250+ acres,with all of the necessary amenities: water, sewer, three phase power, and cable internet. The site is home to the Lincoln County Enhanced 911 Center and Performance Fiberglass. The site is also prepared to locate the new Tri River Transit Public Transportation Facility and a new 14,000 square foot medical facility within the next year. The site will also include a recreational area once in full operation.
